I’m using this site at the suggestion of the author of The Simple Dollar and I really like it so far. A main aspect of the site is a search engine of recipe sites, and the great thing about it is that not only can you search by cuisine (French, Indian, Mexican, etc.), chefs, special considerations (vegetarian, low-carb, gluten-free, etc.), among others, but by ingredients. So let’s say all you have in your kitchen is cous cous, basil, corn, and green peppers, you put that information in and it pulls up recipes using those ingredients. It’s great!
I found recipes for homemade pasta sauce and information on how to make your own bread, and I’m excited to try both this weekend. I’m all about making as much in bulk and as fresh as possible. I’ll let you know how it goes.
