Sprint is Evil
Watch out for Sprint: There is a vague term in the contract they have customers sign that apparently allows them to charge you for services after your contract ends up to the end of your billing cycle, which is not at all connected to your contract end date, even if you request to cancel your service in sync with your contract end date. They told me something different about their cancellation policies each of the three times I called about cancelling, and despite my attempts to get the info I needed to cancel as soon as my contract ended, it turns out they’ve managed to charge me for services I either don’t even have access to or have requested to cancel based on this vague policy they seem to think justifies what I consider to be stealing. Sprint has stolen my money. Beware.
